Absolute Farce! Do not use this company!
For nearly 6 months I have been trying to get my claim settled. I have paid for 100% emergency cover and they have declined to pay even though my dentist and the specialist I was referred to, stated that it was an emergency. The customer service is totally incompetent. Dreadful, please don’t waste your money.

Not worth it...
Not worth it unless you get it subsidised through your company as you'll only break even if you use pretty much all of the services. Also they only pay out 50% for most procedures so unless you have a serious accidenta/mouth cancer then you're almost certainly gonna end up out of pocket.
Inconsistencies prevail
Very inconsistent with respect to day admissions. Sometimes claims for treatments and tests are classed as outpatients appointments and therefore rejected. Other times they are classed as day admissions and are accepted.They really do need to sort this out.

Simply health dental plan save your money …
Simply health dental plan what a waste of time and money the is a clause in the very very small printed terms and conditions that before the pay out half of what your treatment costs they need to see old dental records from year dot . Do your self a favour put your money in a jar each month at least then you ain’t got to fight for a pay out of only half of the total bill . Rip off merchants swerve this company .

The time required from claim to payment is really short, indeed.
I once had an issue with wrong current account details (my fault!) and a great agent on the phone double checked and reassured me sharing the detailed process and expected time, right away.
Few days later the money due for my claim landed into my account.
One could not possibly expect more than that!

DO NOT BE TOO TRUSTING - CHECK
We have been with simply health 25 years and have had good service & prompt payments
However this year I looked in to the costs and found I had been OVER PAYING by 25% compared to a new person joining
So I would strongly suggest you CONSTANTLY check their Renewal costs
Moved to another provider and saved ourselves over 50% or in cash terms £178 !!!!!!!

Don't recommend it, if you claim for something more expensive like tooth filling they will ask for some ridiculous documents like last 2 years of full mouth charting. Like who even has that? Provided everything they asked for to make claim, with invoice what happen and what was done, pricing and bank statements with all dental practice details. Basically you are paying 10£+ (depends on your cover) and only thing you will claim is some basic dental check up(I'm surprised they didn't ask for last 2 years of my all dental checkups..) so you better off saving that money towards your next dentist bill then them

Great company I have been with them for years.
Very easy to make claims with their great app makes live a lot easier.
Never had any problems with them and they always send you information on any future upgrades or changes to your policy.

Excellent company, very friendly customer service
I have been with Simply Health for many years. Excellent company to deal with. The online claim process is easy and payment is made into my account within a few days and they keep me updated on how my claim is going. I would highly recommend Simply Health

Bad Experience
Got the dental policy last year in July 2022, never miss the monthly payment of 15.99/month and made a claim on 21/01/23. the claim with the minimum payment of dental check-up(£23.80) was gone through fine, but other claims for Hygienist(£80) and Dental work(325) was refused straightaway.
so be careful what you sign for,
would be cancelling my DD soon.

Excellent service
I have been a customer of Simply Health for over 20 years. I rang bevause I wanted to refer my sister on the refer avfriend scheme. I spoke to customer services and I was put through to the relebant person. I explained what I wanted to do and she made an arrangement fir me to call her in two daysvin the presence of my sister. Everything was organised in a friendly efficient manner and the cover was organised with no hassle and I was very impressed. Simply Health is best value for money and cover is immediate once the monthly premiums are paid. Excellent service. Thank you.

I claimed my Reflexology 11 days ago now... Still saying processing, sent an email, no reply... I was wondering if this was general problem but it seems like they reply to here. Was thinking upgrade my plan but won't this year!!

Excellent company
I have been with Simply Health for many years. Very good company to deal with and when making a claim the form is easy to fill out and payment is in my bank account within four days and they keep me updated on how my claim is going
